Greyhound Fitness revolutionized my work-out regime. 13 yrs of heavy weight training with skimpy results, but less than 5 weeks on Patrick's personalized size-building routine and my biceps have never been bigger. In January 2010, I attended a Fitness Challenge Seminar hosted by Greyhound Fitness. The seminar far exceeded the expectations I had when I had walked into the room. After listening to the presenters, I walked away with a deeper understanding of how living a healthy lifestyle affects me each and very day and far into the future. My name is Elizabeth Calderon, I am 40 years. On October 31, 2001, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. My symptoms consisted of optic neuritis or inflammation of the optic nerve. Since my diagnosis I began therapy to prevent relapses. My condition did not get any worse but my invisible symptoms chronic fatigue, achy muscles and memory loss were some of the issues I was dealing with without any other medication. For the next three years I dealt with it and then my husband and I decided to relocate to Florida for a better quality of life!

I can't believe I'm writing this because I always looked at exercise as something I had to do but this time, it's become something I love doing. I think the difference is I'm really focusing on what's happening with my body as I'm working with each machine. In the past when I exercised, I was going through the motions and it felt like work.
