Question: Have you ever started a fitness program only to get sidetracked when 'life' got in the way? If you answered yes, you are not alone. In fact, hectic lives and busy schedules leaves fitness out of reach for far too many. The Greyhound Fitness advantage lies in the time friendly nature of our workouts. Most participants are able to see real and documented progress by working out just once a week. That may sound like a gimmick, but once you experience the results you will realize, maybe for the first time in your life, how easy it is to stick with a fitness program. Our workouts are also short in duration. Most clients are in and out of our facility in 20 minutes. Because we keep the workout environment cool, some business professionals do not even bother changing into workout gear (although a full locker room with clean showers is available). Is there a catch? Not if you can embrace the idea of putting forth a maximum effort during your workout. We believe everyone is capable of great effort, from the children we have trained to the seniors, but we also realize it is not for everybody, no matter how little time is required or how rewarding the results. But if you appreciate the connection between effort and results, Greyhound Fitness will reward your time like nothing else.
